How long does delivery take?
We pack your order within 1 to 3 business days, then 10 to 20 business days to the US and 12 to 25 to Canada. Our fulfilment partner ships from overseas, so it is not next-day delivery, and we would rather tell you that here than surprise you after you have paid.
Do I need a code for the multi-item discount?
No. Two items take 10% off, three or more take 15% off, and it applies in your cart on its own. Nothing to type in at checkout.
What if my order does not arrive?
Email us if it has not reached you within 30 days and we will resend it or refund you, whichever you would prefer. You will have a tracking number from the moment it ships, so you can see where it is well before it gets to that point.
Will the scratch board do all the nails?
Front nails, yes. Back nails are harder, because most dogs will not scratch with their hind paws, so you may still need clippers there. Dew claws do not touch the board at all, so check those separately. If a nail has already grown into the pad, that is a vet job before you start.
Which size should I pick?
Go by weight and measurement rather than breed. The size guides on each product page list both. If your pet falls between two sizes, the larger one with an adjustable strap is usually the safer choice.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. Anything still inside the 1 to 3 day packing window we can usually change or cancel outright. Once it is with the carrier we cannot pull it back, but the 30-day guarantee still covers you.
