Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Tailnox website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them. We've kept them short and readable on purpose.

Ordering

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We confirm by email, and the sale is complete once we accept and ship it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we can't verify payment — and if we do, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change, but never after you've placed an order. Payment is handled by Shopify's secure checkout, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — we never see or store your card details.

Products

We describe every product as honestly as we can, including who it isn't for. Photos are representative, and slight variations in color or packaging can happen. Our products are for pet use only — follow the safety notes on each product page, and supervise your pet.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times, returns and refunds are covered on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself — you're responsible for activity under your account.

Our content

The text, photos and design on this site belong to Tailnox and can't be copied or reused commercially without our permission.

Liability

We stand behind our products, but to the extent the law allows, Tailnox isn't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the site or a product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you order.
