Question about an order, a size, or whether something will survive your particular dog? Write to us. A person reads every message — usually the same person who picked the product — and you'll hear back within one business day.
Hours
Monday to Friday. We answer US and Canada email through the morning and again in the evening, so a message sent at midnight is usually answered before you're properly awake.
Starting a return?
Include your order number and one line about what went wrong — plus a photo if it arrived damaged. That's usually enough to settle it in a single email instead of four. Full terms are on the Shipping & Returns page.
Before you write
Delivery times, return rules and the most common product questions are answered on the FAQ. If the answer's there you'll have it in ten seconds instead of a day — and if it isn't, tell us and we'll add it.
