How to use it
Put it somewhere your cat already likes - a corner with a view of the window or the door works far better than the middle of a room. Don't lift them into it. Leave a blanket that smells like them on one of the levels and then ignore it; most cats claim it within a few days.
Care and safety
Vacuum the felt or brush it down. Spot-clean marks with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it dry fully before your cat uses it again. Check now and then that it's still sitting firm, especially with a heavy cat or two using it at once. Replace the hanging toy if the string starts to fray - loose string is a swallowing risk. Not built for dogs to climb on.
