Open litter trays have two problems: the smell reaches the whole room, and the litter your cat kicks out ends up across the floor. This one is enclosed, with high walls and a front entrance, so the mess stays inside and the odour stays contained.
The part that actually changes your week is the drawer. Instead of lifting a lid and scooping into a bag while holding your breath, you slide the tray out from underneath, empty it, and slide it back.

Cats who won't use an enclosed box. Some won't - they want sightlines. If yours has always used an open tray, introduce this one gradually and keep the old one out for a week.

Setting it up
Put it where the old tray was, not somewhere new - cats are particular about location. Fill the drawer with two to three inches of litter. Leave the door off for the first few days if your cat hesitates, then fit it once they're using the box confidently.
Care and safety
Scoop daily and empty the drawer fully once a week. Wash with mild soap and water - avoid strong disinfectants, which can put a cat off using the box entirely. Keep it somewhere quiet where your cat won't be startled mid-use. For pet use only.
